Also sometimes referred to as Xanga Manga, here contains my ongoing comic strip, that works both as
experimental as well as occasionally semi-autobiographical.
|
The comics here are usually longer, with a little more story, with various different genres.
Some will become an ongoing series.
|
Here are where all the super-short comics go. While they are all stand-alone stories, most of these comics are less than 5 pages. When mentioned, there's occasional fan-work, and some works can be considered experimental.

The Mangalogue section
has been updated again with some Xanga Manga. I'm hoping for more frequent updates, but you know how it can be
when you have multiple projects going... Nevertheless I'm hoping xanga manga will keep my
blood flowing.

In the Mangalogue section, I added yet another strip of Xanga Manga!
This would be part 3 of the Ninja vs. Ninja parodizing Mad's Spy vs. Spy comics. I will be returning back to my usual Xanga Manga characters soon.

I have to admit an update was long overdue. I have unfortunately been very busy.
In the Mangalogue section, I added yet another strip of Xanga Manga!
I've also also placed my old comic, Armadillo, which I updated weekly back in the old days (late 90's)... art is pretty dated, but I guess I can appreciate how far I came in terms of art. It can be found in
Katana section.

I hope everyone had an excellent week! I hope you guys had a fine Valentines Day (aka. Singles Awareness Day). It is now Presidents' Day... and some of you guys are resting well.
Well, I have updated the Short Blade section again... this time with a new 2 pager! It's called Mr. Blank. I will try to do more of these two pagers as
time lets on. Not only can I explore different genres in this simpler format, I generally have less worries about trying to finish a story that may go on and on (and possibly not finish) as they are meant to be short anyway.

Just this weekend I visited the Getty Villa with some friends of mine. I particularly enjoyed the Roman architecture. I recall coming here several times before they did the renovations.
If you look at the pic, I made sure I made an
indelible mark in history. Oh, I should note that that pot is not a real ancient pot on display, in case some might be offended by the lovely
defacing of a seemingly priceless work.
Urbandictionary.com now has my entry, "Ninjas on Motorcycles". I suppose that's one way to promote a word. :D Here's what it says:
ninjas on motorcycles
1. A staple image from 80's action flicks, the whole idea of something being cool for coolness sake despite lack of practicality. Given that ninjas are supposed to be stealthy and quiet, it is impractical for them to be riding these noisemakers. Usually, these ninjas also usually carry uzis and has the ability to climb up the side of semi-trucks.
2. Something that is doubly cool. Ninjas are cool. Motorcycles are cool. Ninjas on Motorcycles? Doubly cool.
1. This Michael Bay movie is like watching ninjas on motorcycles!
2. Samuel L. Jackson isn't just cool, he is like ninjas on motorcycles cool!

Continuing trying to update this webpage. The Pacific Shoreline 5K was a whole lot of fun.. I was able to finish in approximately 30 minutes or so. They gave everyone who finished a nice little medal.

Wow, this website is finally starting to go up... Yup, it's been a while, but I've finally got to it. Tomorrow I'll be running the Pacific Shoreline 5K with some good friends of mine. Yeah, it's not related to comics or to this site, but hey... I'm hoping to make this site more than what it is now...which isn't much, I have to admit.

ABOUT THE ARTIST:
D_Art, simply speaking, loves to draw. Although his other passions are hiking, movies, and hanging out with
friends, he has always found himself coming back to the creative aspects of drawing comics. It could just be that he just loves
telling a story, whatever form it may be. It just happens that comics is one way of which he can fully control the
story, feelings of the characters, and the visual look of it all.
He hopes he can use this website to display his work and give himself more reasons to draw... when he has time to do so.
